Payments and Insurance
Inspire Integrative Pediatrics is out-of-network with all insurance companies. All services are self-pay. We will provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or application to your deductible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

We offer direct primary care services through a monthly membership option. This gives you comprehensive care for one monthly fee. The monthly membership is not required to take advantage of our integrative services.
Monthly Membership
Monthly membership allows you as many visits as needed during the month. Membership includes routine well child visits, same-day sick visits, medication check appointments, in office lab testing and after hours access to the physician.

1 child- $160
2 children- $215
3 children- $270
4 or more children-$325

Must give 30 days notice to cancel.

We take an integrative medicine approach to each patient encounter. If your child is experiencing a chronic health problem and you would like to pursue a full integrative consultation, you will pay an additional charge on top of the monthly membership fee.
Integrative Services Pricing

Follow up visits related to integrative consultation- $160
​
In office lab testing- price varies per test, pricing reviewed in office prior to testing.
