How can we help you?

Direct Primary Care (DPC)
  • Well Child Visits with an integrative approach to primary care for ages 0-22.

  • Same-Day Sick Visits using the same holistic approach to treatment.

Integrative Medicine Consultation
  • Dr. Little specializes in integrative mental health care for ADHD, anxiety and depression.

  • She teaches families how to improve and prevent childhood illnesses like recurrent colds, ear infections, asthma, eczema, constipation, stomach aches and headaches.

Our office provides primary care services.  We can also work in conjunction with your current pediatrician to give integrative medicine suggestions.  Our goal is to not only treat the symptoms your child is experiencing, but to discover and address the root cause of the problem.

What is Integrative Medicine?

  • Combines effective treatments from conventional and complementary medicine.

  • Focuses on health promotion, prevention of illness and a holistic approach to treating illness.

  • Emphasis placed on healthy lifestyle including nutrition, sleep, physical activity and stress management to help activate your body’s natural healing response.

  • Treats the whole person: mind, body and spirit.

  • Patient and doctor work as partners in the healing process.

ABOUT DR. LITTLE

A board certified pediatrician, Dr. Little specializes in Integrative Pediatrics.  She became interested in Integrative Medicine after being diagnosed with 2 different types of skin cancer in her early 30’s.  She wanted to learn additional ways to care for her own health to help prevent future illnesses.

Dr. Little completed the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship in 2021.  She is passionate about teaching healthy habits to children, so that they can carry those habits into adulthood.  Her goal is to prevent future health problems and provide a holistic approach to common pediatric illnesses they may be experiencing.  Dr. Little loves getting to know patients and learning about the unique qualities that contribute to their health.

Dr. Little is married, has 2 children and lives in Lake Wylie, SC.  She enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, boating and going to the beach.
